Prosecco is an all-time great for a celebration. Christmas, weddings or birthdays and we originally developed our Makers & Merchants Clementine & Ginger Syrup to add a fruity kick to our favourite bubbles. It also works well with Crémant or champagne.

The fragrant syrup combines the flavours of fruity clementine and fresh root ginger with a cheeky dash of chilli to create an irresistible addition to a sparkling drink.

Method

Mix 1 part syrup with 6 parts Prosecco or to taste. Serve in any elegant champagne glass. Our Passe-partout Champagne Coupe or Grace Champagne Flute are very elegant options.
